Supervised by our hairdressing experts, teens will learn simple and effective techniques that will make them proud and they will discover the joy of taking care of their curls.
Your teen will learn to:
- Detangle gently: Pain-free techniques to detangle hair, preserving the natural texture and preventing breakage.
- Style their hair: Simple and effective techniques to style textured hair.
- Give themselves hair care to promote growth: 10 tips to optimize growth and length retention.

Me and My Hair
Dramatherapy Workshop
Through expression exercises, symbolic games, and authentic exchanges, teenagers will be invited to explore their relationship with their hair, but also with their image, their history, and their identity.
Led by a psychotherapist, this workshop offers a creative and caring space where everyone can share what they are experiencing, put into words what they feel, and revalue what makes them unique.
Objectives:
Explore self-image and emotions related to hair, appearance, and social norms
Strengthen self-esteem through recognition of one's roots and inner qualities
Encourage free expression in a safe environment
Foster empathy and solidarity among young people, so they feel seen, heard, and valued
